Product Photos vs QC Photos: What Is the Difference?

Understand cover images, archived QC galleries and multi-style collages before judging a product.

The cover introduces the listing

A cover can be a studio image, a supplier photo or a collage of several variants. It is useful for finding a design, but it does not by itself confirm the exact contents of a purchase. Always read the selected option alongside the image.

The QC gallery offers additional views

On Piko Spreadsheet, the QC count tells you how many reference images are attached to a product record. A larger count means more available images, not a verified quality score. A record with zero QC images remains in the directory rather than being presented as a reviewed product.

Check whether the images agree

Compare key features across the cover, gallery and source listing. If colours, labels or designs differ, treat that as a reason to investigate. It may be a different variant, an older image or an unclear listing; the gallery alone cannot resolve the cause.

Know when more information is needed

A blurry or incomplete image should not lead to a confident claim about a model, material or year. Ask for the specific information that affects your choice. If a title uses a broad category and item number, the original information was not sufficient for a more precise name.
